Ingredients
• 1 scoop NeuroTrim Cocoa
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 40g oat flour
• 1 egg (or 2 egg whites for lower calories)
• 80g low-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp sweetener (stevia or monk fruit)
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Splash of almond milk
Optional
• few dark chocolate chips (sugar free)
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients until well combined.
- Add egg, yogurt, vanilla, and almond milk—stir into a smooth batter.
- Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
- Pour into tray and bake for 15–20 minutes until set.
- Let cool, slice into portions, and enjoy.
